Anyone may voluntarily retain the services of a Mediator to assist them in
resolving the issues related to their family law matter. 

DIVORCE:

If you are seeking a separation or divorce, a Mediator can assist you in addressing and resolving the issues related to your divorce. 
You can hire a Mediator at anytime during your court proceedings – it is never too late to Mediate.

MODIFYING AN EXISTING FINAL JUDGMENT OF DIVORCE:

If you are already divorced and need to make changes to your final judgment, a Mediator can assist the parties
in coming to a mutual agreement that is best for everyone involved, most importantly, what is in the best interest
of the children involved. 

Changes often occur after a divorce.  Couples may find themselves seeking a modification to resolve conflicts that arise changes needed in child visitation, child support, co-parenting plans, remarriage or potential relocation.

TEMPORARY OR TRIAL SEPARATION:

You and your spouse may just need some time apart while you contemplate whether or not you are ready to finalize a divorce or perhaps you are wanting to reconcile after an attempt at marital counseling.  You can negotiate the financial and child visitation issues that will need to be addressed during your time of separation, so that the two of you can concentrate on restoring your relationship.  This will ease the tension of the financial complications so you can concentrate on resolving your relational issues.
